Process
Our process is simple, seamless and stress-free.
Staging is an investment in the sale of your home, an investment that will be returned in a higher price, a quicker sale and with less stress.
1. Initial consultation
We attend the property with you to discuss the level of service you require.
2. Proposal
A proposal will be prepared setting out scope of work, timing and cost.
3. Selection
On acceptance of the proposal and payment of the deposit, we will commence selection of furniture and accessories.
4. Installation
We will deliver the furnishings and stage the home on the agreed date.
5. Removal of furnishings
At the end of the contract period, we will organise the removal of furnishings.
Contract terms
The initial contract term is up to 5 weeks, allowing time for photography, 4 week marketing set-up and a campaign period.
The initial contract can be extended on a weekly basis until the property is sold and the furnishings are removed.
Fees
Our fees are based on the scope of your project and the type of service required.
